Let me introduce myself, my name is Diane, my background is customer service and network administration.
I am looking for companies who require the services of a customer care consultant.
If you have an internet based business, or receive your orders via email/phone, I can help.
I can process and invoice your orders and then organise the pack and send via your 3PL. I will also manage all connected operations to this, phone calls and emails regarding any deliveries.
If your business needs a customer care consultant but not a full-time one, contact me. My rates are reasonable. I have my own ABN and will only bill you for the time I work.
