A conference call (usually one hour) is conducted between consultants, Gai/Tony Hook and the client. Staff will have been thoroughly briefed on company background, product or service and campaign objective prior to the call and ready with questions.
…after or during outbound campaign calls. You have the choice of having us do this for you by way of adding an account to outlook or google docs, or you may wish to send the emails yourself from our daily spreadsheet.
FEEDBACK FROM YOUR CONSULTANT
Our clients have the opportunity to speak with our consultant/s and also provide personal training if they wish. An open line of communication is available at all times.
Regular clients are usually booked a month in advance so we are always aware of current availabilities for new clients but this can change by the hour. As much notice as possible to maintain our standard of service is appreciated.
