What happens next?
Congratulations! Your application form is on its way to our office. Have you sent your resume to us too? The biggest delay in applications being processed is because applicants forget to send their resume after submitting their application and payment. You can reply to the email you receive acknowledging receipt of your application.
Why do you need to send a resume? Because we need to verify your background experience to be a member of our team. We don’t send resumes to clients and are well aware that you’re a business owner – so are we all. But for eligibility of membership, we need to see proof of your experience.
After you have submitted your payment you will receive a confirmation email. Please note: If you are using Hotmail for your email address you will need another address for our jobleads system as Hotmail has banned our domain for reasons unknown. We can organise a new address for you if you don’t have access to another one.
Once all three items (application, resume, payment) have been received by our office, we will usually have you on our website and in our database system in the next 24-48 hours. Although public holidays may delay this.
After clicking on your payment option below, you will be given a choice of the following to make payment: Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, or cheque.
12 months @ $150 + $25.00 joining fee = $175.00: Just select the ACS New Membership option when you click on the button below. Includes Web-listing, use of our logo, Job requests from clients, free email address (if required).
12 months @ $250.00
Includes all the above plus 1 year’s webhosting with WordPress installed and cpanel and Fantastico access. A copy of the WordPress course ebook for beginners to help you get started. You will need to purchase your own domain and you can do that here.

Please note: Fees are in AUD. When making payment the currency conversion will be done for you.
Once your application is processed you will then receive 3 emails – one to welcome you to the team and explain how things work, the next one which will add you to our discussion forum, and the third adds you to our Jobleads listing so that as clients post requests for work to be done you are notified and asked for your response. Please be patient – these things will happen very soon.
A Tax Receipt will be posted with your membership pack.

- Our newsletter if you haven’t subscribed already
- Our blog which is for and about the industry to keep you informed on how to be a VA.
