Backed Up Administration Services has been up and running since April 2014, created with the goal of providing “virtual” administration support to a variety of small businesses. My name is Jayne Tovey and I am excited to share with you my extensive administration experience spanning 20 years within a number of industries. Having most recently had the privilege of managing the busy office of an aged care facility, I have previous experience in both the banking and insurance sectors, as well as having involvement with small business. Specialising in the transcription of legal, medical and complex medico-legal documentation, I can also provide you with a variety of services to assist with the day-to-day operation of your small business. I am confident in the utilisation of all Microsoft Office software, transcription software including For The Record (FTR) and Express Scribe, together with various file transfer programs and sound conversion software.
